instant updates check out entries Wednesday, October 28, 2009 the case is BLACK today. i felt incomplete as i hurried to school without my energy booster. it is none other than a pack of Milo, which left my heart and stomach empty for the morning ride to school. my mind was preoccupied for what is to come in the afternoon- FTT. the big deal is i am going for the test almost unprepared. two good days of rest at home was more than i deserved. despite that, i feel extremely exhausted. the virus surely killed many of my brain cells, i even had difficulties in spelling words. Needless to say, FTT self-revision was a total vain. i was prepared for the worst, almost sure i am going to fail. Human Communications gave me a good push. we were on intrapersonal communications, that means conversing with yourself. for example, you impose positive messages into your mind, you will work positively and eventually produce positive results. so i did the exact thing- imposing the idea of a PASSED, and that totally blow my mind away from the rest of the lecture. i met up with aik hao at the bus stop. his friends and he told me what to expect, and their "pop quiz" totally swept me off my feet. it might be how i would fare later. a practice quiz before the actual boosted my understanding. there is one thing i loathe about the test; i am caught in the complicated functions of a manual which i would never use. i was extremely nervous right before the rest (as always)... pardon me for all the whinning, I PASSED I PASSED I PASSED!!! it was pure luck and blessings from GYM. TP is up, 9 Feburary 2010.
Tuesday, October 27, 2009 the case is BLACK today, yesterday and the day before yesterday. FINALLY i am ill for having minimum rest after Nike Race. sunday was the day i dragged myself to the family clinic. DOC: hi young lady, have a seat... what happened? ME: *hoarse voice*: i am having severe flu and sore throat DOC: do you cough? ME: well... not yet the doctor giggled. DOC: i noticed your tongue is colored in purple the doctor giggled, again. ME: yes, i took some lozenges you gave me previously... it is either he is happy to serve me or i am being a joke. since my answers has brighten up his day, good for him. no cough medicine was given, only more purple lozenges and flu pills. the flu pills was very effective and when i can finally breathe... i started coughing like a final stage lunch cancer patient! i wouldn't say "not yet" to cough for no good reason right? it was to the extent i cough out phelgm every 10 minutes interval. my body has a fixed formulae against the virus- the give-and-take rule, have a less irritated throat or a less irritated nose. i gave school on monday and dropped by the doctor again, and requested two days MC and cough syrup. alright, two days MC make me sound really sick. it was three days straight of sleep-eat-sleep-eat motion... and obviously i feel better if not i will be hosptialised H1N1 already, CHOY! PS: for all that suffering, i lost 2-3kg.
Friday, October 23, 2009 the case is RED today. i started my day with both nostrils blocked. i blown my nose so much in class, i had to borrowed many packets of tissues from my classmates. and i can tell from the mucus that the virus is a killer. despite saying that, i took the gamble and had the famous Bento Set. the good old taste is simply heavenly. nicholas tan, i know you are seeing this- stop drooling right now! the one i dreaded most has come, SMK presentations will officially start next week. my cliques came together to form a team, and since we had no idea who to make team leader, we let my baby crocodile choose. it gave me a painful bite so i startled with a scream. okay, i was a damn joke. we called ourselves the district. it was initially blue district, black district or even red district... HEY! does not red district reminds you of... come on, stop those wild thoughts, and stop Ivy from using me as her business captial! it was early dismissal today. i headed straight home to catch some sleep. it will be a long night before Nike Race.
Thursday, October 22, 2009 the case is BLACK. it has been an 4 hours of lectures back to back in the same room was pure Wong start and since he asked Santa to deliver them at night, we are kept in suspense until we see Olympic on television. our forever-smiling Tan also gave us his most genuine he he is simply the gift was already in my bedroom when Olympic made his first cry. i recieved a and i got all it was definetly good game. time is up, i am off to attend to my catch me around soon!
Wednesday, October 21, 2009 the case is RED today. ... ... TBC
Tuesday, October 20, 2009 the case is BLACK today. IEP introduction was extremely interesting. we have yet another part-time lecturer with us, Mr Lee. Lee is a experienced lecturer and has amazing skills in conversing, one of the few who could handle the craziness of my classmates. the two hours long i-want-to-know-you-better session was amazingly fun! i look forward to his freestyles lectures in the weeks to come. lunch was horrible. canteen 2 was packed as usual at noon. i could no longer tolerate the hungry and settled for the stall with the shortest quene, and i so regretted it by the first taste of that sliced fish bee hoon. the essence was the soup and it tasted like running water. i went for a Japanese style potato coquette it was bad bad choice to play tennis at 2pm! the sun was impossibly hot and unbearable. i had to hide myself in the shade and instead felt my skin burning under my black tee, yet another bad choice. the sun was more bearable after 3, so i started practising my forearm strokes diligently. i believe i was much better than the first practise. there were indeed many bad choices throughout the day.
Monday, October 19, 2009 the case is BLACK today. Day 1 was no mercy. the two hours of lab and two hours of lecture drained me out totally, it was a shorter day compared to my usual Monday 9-6! lessons were pretty enjoyable for the day, especially learning the new software for BPE. not forgetting to mention Mr Wong was cool enough to be late for 14 mintues (damn!). the best was a text from that sicko lecturer, he canceled class. one thing for sure, school becomes foreign place. my classes are now scattered all over the campus, meaning lower chance to meet or catch up with my peeps and friends. however i am thankful the awkwardness among my classmates (due to some issues a year ago) were long gone and i could enjoy their companion as a whole. as usual, my classmates rushed home straight upon dismissal, leaving me roaming alone and eventually i headed home too. i felt pathetic and deprived from social life. it is just a matter of time i move out of my once-so-glamorous lifestyle. i dropped dead after a hot bath. as i round up my day and the upcoming Mondays, i will be living in denial. A denial that keeps me positive instead of being dreadful, so to be freed from Monday blues. tennis is what i look forward for tomorrow. PS: i am surprised by her sudden change of interest. i am at the verge to strip off her Hello Kitty cellphone accessory and break her Hello Kitty pen. she is not suppose not worthy to possess my love, kill her or break me. ARGH!
Monday, October 12, 2009 Monday blues? NAH! today is one of the most awesome days i had! first of all, fourth driving session in the morning. my instructor decided to let me roam around the roads, from Ubi to Kaki Bukit and then Tampines and back to Ubi, i drove like any other regular drivers, but only going at a maximum of 50km/h. the U turn was damn challenging! after getting used to turn the steer quarter by quarter, i have to steer fast as i go slow, and my instructor was amused by my concern of hitting the curb. i think i made better judgements today although with few mistakes here and there. i deserve a good pad on my back! later, i paid a visit to my grandmother and we had lunch together, just the two of us! it was like a dream come true! as i previously mentioned, we could have a closer relationship if i can speak proper hokkien! i worried too much, really. my 80 years old paternal grandmother treated me to Japanese Bento set! and she had one for herself too- VERY IN ah ma! the taste was good, worthy for the price of $9.80 as the most expensive item on the menu! i damn paiseh lah, it should be the other way round (about me treating her to lunch)! in the short 2 hours meeting, we managed to converse a bit with my lousy hokkien, while most of the time i listen to her and got to know more about my aunts and uncles. i really enjoyed myself and i know my grandmother loves me a lot! I LOVE YOU MAMA! Please live long and healthy! so whats Monday blues? people you should cut the crap on that! and in less than a week time, i will return to the life as a student, with zero commitment i trust myself to stride better grades in my last lap towards graduation! somewhat, my six sense is telling me i will be busy as usual, unless i reframe from being too nosey, which i think its possible. the highlight of my NEW time table, also note that it has been changed for four times already. i will start school everyday at 8am, and 9am only on Mondays which actually makes no difference. lady luck did not favor me this time, for daddy is going on shifts starting from Day 1 of school, meaning no comfortable car ride by daddy for a month! on a lighter note, i will end school as early as noon every Tuesday to Thrusday, if they decided not to change the schedule again. the time table isnt that bad afterall...
Tuesday, October 6, 2009 i can no longer curb the urge of blogging again.. IM BACK! life has been great these days. it was hell lot of slacking for a month, dramastic change after the trip to pahang. i shall further elobrate again tomorrow. i am pretty nervous about the audition later. i will play a role of a senior promotion a course in a video if i passed! on a lighter note, i brought 徐佳莹 debut album after two months of consideration! every tracks sounded better than you know alright. the pure orignality you can only find in all the One Million Star constestants! i wished i can continue further but its time to sleep! i will be back really really soon people, miss me alright. (HAHA, as if you will!) PS: JOANNE YOU CAN DO IT! WOOHOO!
